Foster Carer Application 134.0KB

Volunteers are always needed and appreciated especially in the spring and summer time when our rescues increase dramatically. Volunteering can be an incredibly rewarding experience.

We currently are looking for:

  1. Fundraisers: Can you spare a few hours of your time to raise funds for our organisation? We need friendly people to raise funds in shopping centres on the weekends or weekdays. Uniforms, merchandise and all information is provided.
  2. Volunteers are always needed to pick  up and transport animals from vets, shelters or the general public. Requirements are having a valid drivers license, car, melways or GPS, mobile phone. Confidence with animals is preferred, however training will be provided.
  3. We need volunteers to assist with cleaning out cages, feeding of animals and assisting with the maintenance of the facilities in Devon Meadows.
  4. We need interstate drivers who are willing to drop of supplies and food to selected Disaster Relief areas. If you are planning an interstate trip please let us know.

There is always lots of work to be done that doesn't include direct handling of animals. Volunteer work is a great way to meet people in your community. It can be lots of fun and rewarding. For more information regarding volunteering please call contact us through our Facebook page or email
